Fishfinder suggestions.

My fishfinder has crapped out so I am looking for a new one. I am limited to around $700. Any suggestions?

I am considering the Lowrance Elite 5 HDI Gold. It has the coastal maps included and runs around $700. The transducer is an 83/200.

just purchased a HDS5 GEN2 combo 449.00 card extra. i really like it. easy to use. the map package that was loaded is about as good as google maps. should me on land many times. cousin just got the HDS8 with nav gold, and p66.....beauti.
