All I've run is 15's all season long. When feeders are at the bank at 200' and you need to cover ground fast, you gotta get down to 'em.

Isl. F.L., you were right - the pulleys were completely stuck. The copper bearing sleeves were quite oxydized and so the plastic pulleys would spin freely on them anymore. Also it seems to me that from factory they left very little play for the pulley in the seats so I added a small rubber washer on both and now the pulleys run nicely. Hope that this will now actually solve the problem. Want to get them wet on Sun...hopefully it won't be too nasty out there...Thanks to you all for your ideas!
