DFO rubber-stamps unusual plan to feed endangered orcas

What a bunch of plain ********. What needs to happen for DFO to stop twiddling its thumbs on Fraser and commit to improving habitat and damage so we get more fish. It needs two areas of money into hatcheries and enhancement and also stream restoration. Its funny Ottawa just doesn't get it. Maybe another one is actually protect sensitive fish habitats across the province and give the feds more control again.
