Knucklebuster:

The test boat is the seiner working right around Separation Point? We fished in his vicinity (between Separation and Genoa Bay)from about 9:30 until 11:00 yesterday without a sniff. Didn't see very many jumpers or any other sport boats at all. Thats why we took off to try other spots. Glad we did!

I hope this week of rain thats forecast doesn't push them all in to the river. I'm hoping to get out again on Sunday - deer hunting Friday & Saturday. The Autumn sure sucks - so many choices!!

it is big for the inside but we like to do some cruising in the gulf islands .Trips to desolation sound or even just overnighters around Islands.Very comfy.I'm looking at about a 20' welded alum for dragging to west coast and banging around on rocks.
I didn't get out friday.Too stormy.Hopefully sunday.

any one go out sunday?I did go out and it was like a ghost town.Where was every one?Beauty calm day and no one on the water.No fish either.Didn't even see them jumping.Where did they go?

Went deer hunting this weekend instead. Glad we did! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

My guess would be that the fish moved in to the river. Its about that time. Oh well. I'm ready to give the downriggers a rest for a month or so anyway. My trip to the Bahamas next week for Bonefish should help ease the fish itch in the meantime though!
