secret land deal... developers and the city been lickin their chops for too long over this land...

That wouldn't surprise me at all trophy wife, it will probably become the next Cactus Club Cafe.. They have been getting permission to put in new locations on park land a lot over the past few years..

we put a plan in to port moody for a pier based public market and restaurant and got absolutely refused.... two years later insert boathouse restaurant on public boat parking lot... this had backdoor deal all-over it.
