Each to they’re own it’s usable
My boat 2000 lbs dry weight new

wouldn’t want anything else for my boat but it’s strictly a fishing boat 200L of fuel and usually 2-3 guys plus all our gear the 20’ has an 89gal tank and weighs a lot more.

Ya that confirms it, I stand by what I said. Nice decent cabin and deck area though.

I have an 1802 trophy with a 2023 115 merc command thrust 14.5x17 s.s Enertia and hits 37mph wide open in perfect conditions with a light load the boat is just over 1900lbs dry that model is is a 2002 W/A 20’ a 115 would be under powered my boat isn’t quick out of the hole even with trim tabs I’ve been on lots of 20’ trophy’s and found even with a 150 it was a little underwhelming with 3 guys but the price is right on that one.

Having owned a 2004 trophy 2002, with a 175 optimax, my feeling that is that a 115 would be miserable. The smallest trophy out on a boat was a 135.
