Best Fillet Knife

My bud went through 5000lbs of fish last year with them no issues or snapping he swears by them. Stay sharp and slice through the bones

The bubba blade - I won one of those last year on the I-fish website. For me the blade is a bit stiff for most of my salmon fillet work. But I used it for carking tuna and I really liked it for that purpose. I didn't get a ton of tuna last year so the blade only saw maybe 30-ish fish (split between me and other fishers across several trips). The blade held up nicely and the teflon like coating held up well also. I stayed sharp even going through tuna skin many times.

Check out North Arm knives here in Burnaby, locally made, designed from input from the local hunting and fishing community, and named by our friend Pippen too,
I Stepped up for one and do not regret it at all, I was using the wengers but they now sit in the bottom of a drawer
check out the North Arm Kermode... awesome hand made knives,

This is the new one I have now got it from Peetz. Best knife I ever had so far.... I also got the pin bone remover.
