For insurance reason you cannot fish in outside waters at Langara

Englefield with WCR used to do a tuna trip once a season with guests, they had additional insurance for the distance offshore that we went out to get the water temp needed to find tuna. This was "next stop, Japan" waters, wide open west coast of Haida Gwaii.
