Any ideas on a prop

Thought i would throw this out to all and see what i get back. Have a 1996 merc 115 on a 19ft trophy cuddy. Have always used a standard alum.prop, but found that i am traveling farther these days and wanted a new SS prop that would give better fuel economy and better running speed. I am turning it out WOT at 2500 and get 41 mph
Any thought on what type(3 or 4 blade) what size and pitch

Three blade, a four blade might be too heavy for that engine. 4500 seems quite low, you should be in the uppper range of your WOT. Do you know what it is? If your below your WOT your working the engine harder.

Stainless will give you marginally more performance and economy, more performance increase on the big block engines. I would guess you need about 19 pitch, what are you running now? Sounds like a 21 pitch if i was to guess at that rpm and speed.

Merc has a good prop selector and if you can,try a few props.
