2016 70 hp Yamaha outboard runs great for about 20-40 minutes at all power settings then suddenly bogs down and dies. Restarts and randomly bogs again. Changed water separator, fuel filter, and fuel line from tank to motor. Bogging continues. Request advice to fix issue

Try bypassing the fuel system with a portable tank and hose.

Check your tank breather hose. Might be clogged. Running from the auxiliary tank will confirm this as well

running on a portable tank will indicate whether your problem originates in the tank or engine. If it is in the tank and it is properly vented you may have a piece of debris that periodically blocks the intake pipe in your tank. Sometimes you can use compressed air to blow it out of the pipe Disconnect it at the intake of the water separator and blow back into the tank, realise however that this may only give temporary relief. If you determine it is in the tank, you need to gain access to both the pick up tube and the sending unit. Pump as much fuel as you can out of the tank and inspect the inside of the tank for any debris floating around in the fuel. If you see much then you may need to remove the tank for cleaning. Sometimes particles of rubber break off on the inside of the hoses and plug the pickup tube(usually from non marine fuel hose). There may be companies that "polish" the fuel in situ where you are located.

Really appreciate all of the advice. I am away from boat now but will try the remote tank first week of February.

Sorry for late feedback from advice given to fix bogging issue. Took a while for weather cooperate and have available time to run motor long enough to ensure fix. The issue is now solved. Replaced low pressure fuel pump and now have not experienced any more bogging. Thanks for the guidance!!
