I think the Quinsam Hatchery here puts out more than that now, some 3.2 million annually, and it's apparently getting major upgrades too.

Return percentage of adults is miniscule of course and over half of the returning adults are intercepted in the SE Alaska commercial fishery so us catching US produced fish helps even things out a smidge I guess.
