Nice work solo

lax, congrats! first blood on deck

Took the kids crabbing out front of White Rock. Had Moby Dicks fish and chips with ice cream for desert while the traps soaked.

Easily got our limits of crab and kids were great.

I bet the kids can't wait to go crabbing again. Maybe even a longer soak next time, LOL.

Thanks Delray. We went 1 for 3. Lost a big one and had a rookie net job lose the other lol

Sea conditions I hope are favorable Wednesday .....

I hope no lump at the Hump tomorrow ..... taking the wife ...... and hoping for a bump ... at da Hump ...... might have to pull out a rod. : ))

Might have to even stop and get some Crabs ...... with da wife ......... What The ? Dungees that is : ))

Looking forward to a good day tomorrow !

Nice fish Corey, what time was the bite and how deep did you find them?
Good to hear some nearby catches

125' around noon. We were in the tide change pretty sure. Lots of crap in the water.

All about the right place at the right time. Nobody around us. As soon as we put the rod down they were going off. Then there was nothing for the next hour

Dragged the lures around the hump this evening, bbq'd some burgers and caught a few lunker pollock. Maybe we would have caught a spring if we didn't drag these things around for an hour! Also picked up a huge piece of styrofoam.
One other boat, no bait on the screen. Saw a green and yellow float in 600' of water. Never heard of prawning that deep. Didn't look like they were floating away..

Great day on Monday over at Gabriola. 1 ling, 2 cod (yellow tail while trolling for Chinook) and 3 Chinook. 7 keeper crabs too! Lost a few nookies right at the boat.

150-237ft on the riggers (yellowtails were at 197!)
That sure is fishing "DEEP" stones93. But I guess that if they there, that's were you got to go....Very good looking catch you got there.

Hey jeffb, how did you make out? We managed these inside of the thrasher marker while drifting. The largest was 106cm, 26lbs.
