Howe Sound and Vancouver area Salmon fishing

Hey,
Can anyone tell me what time of year the Springs usually start to show up at "the hump" (outside English Bay) and at "hole in the wall" (near the Horseshoe Bay ferry)... Also, are there any other spots near Howe Sound/Bowen Island that are good to fish for salmon, and if so, when is a good time to be at these spots.
