It is over...almost. Done the course itself and only have the oral to go now...don't think it'll be too bad as I think I have a good handle on the course material.
It was a lot of fun as the guys in my class were a hoot! More laughs in that class than I'd had in the past month...$#!t...loved it! Not to mention the beers at Cactus Club...you know them waitresses there are easy on the eyes It's an informative course...88% of the material has little to nothing to do with non displacement vessels...but lots of interesting facts learned about sound signals and lights and all that jazz...definitely will feel safer and more confident out on the water.
If anyone knows what the oral is like...feel free to help a guy prepare.
Cheers,
David
