In your pic theres a gap between the rubber and the steering bracket? And you're implying that this gap has changed during use?
Are you experiencing problems due to this? Some more info would help us understand what the problem is and what the solution might be

There hasn’t been any problems so far, it just seems as if the separation has increased with time. Slight vibration increase but no overheating or performance issues so far. My main concern would be water getting into the lower unit. Going to check leg oil this weekend to make sure no issues there, but want to see if there might be other issues from this/ what the fix might be.
