My buddy has one the island with new braid. Worked like a charm last weekend but he picked up an electric. I told him to keep it as a backup but he could use the $, what’s your budget?

always keep a manual rigger on board. I like the workout and hell even if you have two others out im dropping one out the back at 30 feet away.

I have an extra pair of scotties with braid on them. I’d trade them for a 30” stainless steel crab trap, just lost mine. Located on Gabriola though.
