Wood Sign Maker (not fishing related)

Although its not fishing related it is outdoors related (somewaht)

I'm hoping for some help in locating a place/person that can make a wood sign with a family name on it for the end of a rural country driveway.

Does anyone know of anywhere or anyone on the lower island that can make these? A woodworker? a sign shop?
