WOW there's evening a ceiling fan to make sure it stays comfy on those hot summer days! Not that it'll be spending much time in-doors on hot summer days, but the thought was there. Beautiful shop there Islandgirl. I'm sure it will provide years of happy storage and organization.

Looks good, and not to quibble (yes, I'm envious, far surpasses the tarp I throw over my boat,) but you should have built wider.
When you move up to a 9 or 10 foot beam, it would be nice to have the side space.

No money left for 2 foot-itis
going from the 2900 sq foot house to 1700 to pay for the shop...LOL
Hoping we got our priorities right this time...small house BIG shop 2000sq.ft
We put 1/2 plywood on the walls...love love love it!
Will be putting plywood on the house garage walls when it gets built.
