Most times visiting Gordons beach,Otter Point, Ive observed Bait fish close to shore. Decided to toss out a B bomb,2nd cast caught a Spring smolt or fry. That was it with them still leaping out there. Anyhow it didnt have a adipose fin? Undeveloped at that age?size. Curious as to their presence there this time of year.
