Also do you really think overfishing is why all the stocks coast wide are in the tolet?
Short answer = no.

Long answer, there are many reasons all stocks are down. There are some northern California stocks that are down; they don't migrate past Oregon & there has been np ocean fishing where these stocks reside in many years. So other than some exceptions IMO overfishing is the primary bottleneck preventing recovery on the majority of runs. In WA & AK, Chinook catches peaked around 1870, and have been in decline since. There has been logging & warm/cold ocean trends, but the one thing that is constant is overfishing, so IMO that is the primary cause of the situation we are in today
