Fished Constance bank this a.m. from 9:45 till noon
Had a few hits on anchovie, which may have been salmon
but no hookups.
after a few doggies, decided to switch to a green/glo squirt
on a short leader. that was ticket !
got a nice spring , 18 lbs before heading home for lunch.
The creel census guy said sooke (west) was getting better
by the day.

How far down do you fish and do you just drift or troll? I've never fished Constance before.

I usually fish the east side of the bank from 100-140'deep
trolling close to the bottom, using squirts and spoons .
