Understanding Fishing Regs

Ok, I'm getting older and starting to suffer from the Dwindles so I'm confused by the fishing regs. specifically as they relate to Area 29 Coho.

Under the main page chart Salmon Limits, Openings & Closures it indicates that 29-1, 29-2, 29-4, 29-5 and 29-8 are closed for Hatchery Marked Coho.

However under "Additional Info." it says:
"Unless otherwise specified below, the daily limit for coho is 2 per day, hatchery-marked only from June 1 - December 31, 2016 in Areas 14 to 20 and Area 29."
And the only area that it indicates is an exception is an of Area 29-1 allowing both hatchery and wild

Can I keep hatchery marked coho fishing in 29-4 and 29-5 or not??

In season changes are announced by fisheries notices which are found on the DFO website.

FN0467-RECREATIONAL - Salmon: Strait of Georgia, and Juan De Fuca - Areas 14 to 20, and Subarea 29-1 - Coho Fishing Times and Limits
Continuing conservation concerns for Interior Fraser coho require that 2016
coho management measures remain precautionary. Unless otherwise specified
below, the daily limit for coho is two (2) per day, hatchery-marked only from
June 1 to December 31, 2016 in Areas 14-20 and Area 29.

Any changes to these regulations will be released in a subsequent fishery
notice and posted on the Department's recreational fisheries website at
