[Fish Camp]

You or the rod handler is about to net a fish and the hook pulls from the mouth of the fish.What do you do as the front line netter?I have caught a hook or to the head fly fishing and salmon fishing.I ask how we can coach the rod handler not to have us front line netters in the pinch point.In my case I solo hooked myself in the cheek.

As the netter Im all in. Just wear sunglasses and net the fish. Most or pretty much all the guys and gals I fish with wear glasses and the priority is landing the fish. A fish hook in the body is not too common however a hook in the eye should be avoided at all costs I figure. Sunglasses!
