So, just finished two days down, trying to recover from 7 weeks straight without a single break. Now headed back to work to recover from the time down [xx(]
Fishing out of Ukee has been HOT HOT HOT for the last several weeks. Hali's still in great numbers on the Banks, and lots of big returning springs both on the Banks and scattered all the way to the nearshore. Seen a few YoYo's over 20 thus far, bodes right well for our impending fishery targetting them!
Fishing on the chuck is still about as good as it gets out there Folks! Hope some of you can make the pilgrimage and discover what the Wild West Coast truely means!
Hope and trust everyone's summer has gone well, and the fall fisheries create permagrins that a wire brush can't remove!!
