Tree Service in Victoria – suggestions?

I have a dozen Leyland cypress trees (approx. 40ft) that I want topped and thinned. I used Bartlett, when I first bought the house 10 years ago, and was pleased with the work. But friends have since suggested Davey as being cheaper OR find a good independent (insured and bonded) guy that would probably be even cheaper!

So I figured I would reach out to this great community, for recommendations. Any locals have a suggestion?

Davey and Bartlett are both owned by the same corp. I believe. My brother owns a tree service he's fully insured.he comes in a lot cheaper then both mentioned company's. Cedar grove tree service.

We had Birdseye take the sail out of a giant fir in front of our house (so that it would not fall on said house) and they did a great job, good price and right away.
