transfer help please.

Hey I know this is an easy one for most of ya but I want to get my boat registered but what site does a guy use to do so.. Government sites are a PITA and have a hard time figuring an easy way to do so. I bought the boat from alberta and just want to get out fishing here soon.

tried that one but apparantly my hull licence number isn't acceptable.

don't know why this has to be such a headache.. had to get a credit card to even do this since it can't be done in person.
