Any current news regarding on-shore coho fishing, particularly bucktailing in the Tofino area?

Gee... I was hoping it would be good.[8)] I'm heading over that way on Thursday but with my 14' deep laker tin can with a 40hp tiller. I would normally be bringing the 20' but my buddy is using it over the long weekend. I have never fished the area but have collected some waypoints and track routes from a couple of buddies. If anyone can help me where I might be able to hook into a spring or hali without heading out very far would be very helpful. Also is there a place in Uke or Tofino that rents boats? Please pm me with any help you can give. I will be camping south east at Mussles Beach and will launch any where I can get on the water.
