Tide and current graphics

Trying to find the site where it shows moving arrows to depict which way the currents are flowing. Found it on this site then lost it. Anyone[?]

Tried the download and when I try to open it my autocad program comes up.
GLG I'm looking for the animated version for Comox harbour. I've seen it so it's out there somewhere
