"It is a complicated issue and even though Gupta is a neurosurgeon and well capable of grasping complex ideas, the industry has prepared a resource tool that the 60 Minutes audience can use for additional information beyond what the TV show may have time to delve into." (or in case the show says something that isn't consistent with what the industry line is).
"This is a real opportunity for the American audience to understand where and how the salmon they love to eat are farmed in Canada," said Roberts. "And if it is completely factual, we'll be completely fine with that." (unless of course their narrative disagrees with the industry's narrative - then we'll see lots or arguments over the "facts").
