Just wanted to say a big thanks to Roy for an awesome day of fishing in Sooke! We have had terrible success with charters out of Sooke in years past so we spent some time trying to find someone who could deliver...well it turned out Roy was the guy! Yes I see the fishing is good this year but Roy was pleasant and fun which made for a great all around day. It was a first fishing trip for the wifey and she had a blast catching her first fish....she says Roy is just a big "Teddy bear!". In fact she felt sorry for him cause he never had the chance to just sit and chill! We also had my father along who is on continuous oxygen. Roy made sure he was comfortable and having a good time. If anyone on this forum is wanting to try a West Coast salmon charter , well we fully recommend Roy. Wifey wanted to rebook and go again but he was fully booked for awhile....there is a reason he is booked solid! Thanks Roy and all the best!
