One last batch for the week on the go. Put it in a mixture for a day consisting of Teriyaki Marinade, Ginger, Garlic, Hot Chillies and Cracked Black Pepper. Same recipe I used on my venison jerky minus the sugar.
Again I tossed it in the dehydrator first to harden the sauce. In about and hour I will toss it in the smoker then back in the dehydrator it finish it off.
