I'm a Wisers Deluxe 10/yr old practitioner. Buddy turned me on to it on a hunting trip back in the 70's.

When I worked as a bartender at the old Westwind they didn't serve Wisers; only Crown and CC (good parts-washer IMHO). I convinced my manager to try Wisers and started doing taste-tests (like the old Coke-Pepsi commercials) and soon enough, we weren't selling Crown or CC any more.

If you're talking rum, this is absolutely one of the best I've ever tried.

A sipping rum, if I've ever had one. Approach that rum with Coke, and you'll lose your hand ...

The Anejo is decent, but the 12yr Reserva is absolutely awesome. The Reserva is not in the govt liquor stores, but well worth the search.

Disregard the $30 price tag mentioned in one review - its around $70 a bottle (in Canada, anyway).


If you like rum, this will NOT disappoint.


And, I must say it would be pretty sweet to run into one of the Appleton's 30year bottles too!

Hey Holmsey, the story I get from that first pic is that your team are a bunch of ******* that the league had to make a smaller version of the Stanley Cup for so they could hoist it after their win. Also they have a bottle of Gibson's attached to their jerseys to help them forget about their losses. Its a wonder your goalies can stop anything considering they are into their bottles all game long! LOL

I'm speaking of your baby stanley cup you got with your purchase of Budwiser. Try opening it up. I gave mine away to my nephew from the island. He was mucking around with it and apparently found a surprise which plugs into your usb port. Lmk what's on there as i haven't had a reply back from him. lol Might be something about the name of the team that came with the cup?
