I have a Shimano TLD 20 that I'm using for sturgeon fishing and I'm going to put 150 pound Power Pro Line on it I'm wondering if anyone knows what the capacity would be

More than you will ever need. I'd say well over 400 yards.
That's what I use for Sturgeon and have 100# Power Pro spooled on it.
