Scotty identification help.

I bought this from a neighbour, it was priced right, but no clue what model it is. It looks like it should be expandable by the thumb screw. Any of the wise minds on here that could help?

No I have a 1090 and it is longer. if it has an extendable boom it is stuck in place.

Squirt in some wd or similar, mount on a boat or in a vice, wrap the narrow piece of the boom in an inner tube or similar to avoid scratching and twist it with a big monkey wrench or similar. It'll move and extend, otherwise there would be no reason for the thumbscrew.
Clean and polish lightly.

Got it extended, lots of surface corrosion but cleaned up real nice with steel wool. Have to remove the rod holder to extend it. Seems kinda weird, does not work at all like my 1090 but for 40 bucks, looks like a good find. Now if only my boat would hurry up and get here!

Maybe it's a different model that someone must have drilled through the inside tube to add the rod holder and through bolted, locking it in place?
I don't like reaching out there anyway. Add a more accessible rod holder to the boat.
$40 is a great deal.
