I’ve actually retired from flooring. I am now working as a project manager for high end residential builds, and I have my own separate real estate development company.

Yes, vehicles are holding a huge value....but..... watch out, once there is stock on the ground, your current vehicle value will drop from roughly $3K to $10K or more. People with open end leases will be hit the hardest, followed by all those who paid MSRP over the last year (and still going ahead for maybe a year....)

So many vehicles in my past that I wish I still had..... probably 6 or so really stick out.
