We are having a general fund raising Garage Sale at Ogden Point this Sat10AM-5PM.
Currently we do not have a ton of items, or Marine items, but if anyone in Victoria has things to donate we would really appreciate it. I would be happy to pick things up Thursday or Friday if you have some good condition household items, fishing or boating gear.
We also take donations of Vehicles through our website if you have any junkers you want to get rid of.
RCMSAR- Station 35 is 100% volunteer ran and we are trying to build sustainable fundraising efforts. Here is a great example of what our volunteers do. 4 crew member saved a severely hypothermia kayaker without a pfd on Sunday, who was likely within 20 minutes of going under. http://www.cheknews.ca/metchosin-kayak-incident-170831/
