Qualicum No Fish Zones

I have been looking at the new salt water regulations and I can't find the no fishing zone at the mouth of the Little Qualicum and Bic Qualicum Rivers in them. Am I missing those closures in the regulations or have they been done away with?

Same questions with respect to the closures below the bridges on Highway 19A?

U cant miss the markers or bouys once ur out there? Not to mention the 50 or so boats that are doing hot laps just outside them.
