Hey Guy's

I am almost done my project of installing my new merc 150 on my trophy pro 2002wa. Do any of you have a recommendation for a prop or at least a starting point to start testing. I was thinking a four blade as I heard it will give the back end a bit more lift. On the old motor I installed a wing which helped a lot in bringing the back end up but I want to avoid the wing if possible on the new motor.

A Prop shop can help you calculate the pitch but I went from a 3 blade to a 4 blade on a 250 Yamaha and would never go back. Quicker out of the hole, plane at less RPM but you do loose a little top end.

My Merc dealer let me try a few different ones to find my best fit

I had a 2002 with a 175 mercury and put a high five stainless prop on it and was very happy with the performance.

I run a old carbed 150 merc V6 on my 2002.
I run everything from 3-5 blades in different pitches but settled with a 19" rev 4
