Pedder Bay

I'm taking my boat to Tofino on the long weekend and leaving Vancouver Thursday afternoon. I'm spending the night at Pedder Bay. If I get in early enough, say around 6pm are there any decent spots to fish before dark that don't require a long run?

you can fish in the mouth of the bay, which is a 5 minute run
from the marina.
Church rock about another 10 mins west.
Look for the other boats, if the weather's ok
there will be somebody out there fishing.
