Painting options (aluminum kicker bracket)

Looking for recommendations of professional boat painters / companies on the Sunshine Coast and/or the GVRD.

Hoping to paint a bare aluminum high thrust kicker bracket in Interlux Y4241 Brightside Polyurethane Sapphire Blue, to match hull.

I personally wouldn't paint it. It'll look like crap in a few years. Good luck with what you decide.

Powder coat it with the closest match colour? What does the bracket look like?

I've heard as much through the grape vine, but is it a certainty even with the proper prep and pre-coating with with 2000e?

toying with this option, however I can't get a colour match. that bracket is one of the high thrust pod type brackets from adventure marine (bare aluminum though, not white):
