I just looked at Environment Canadas weather and they are calling for 110mm or more for the west coast tonight and tomorrow morning. Better take the swede saw in order to pull a cast off on that center pin.. Good luck-dirty
 
Went back again today. Was pretty sure it would be right outta shape but went anyway. Water was up about a foot from yesterday and haze about an inch of visibilty. Didnt put up near the numbers from yesterday but did hook three. Landed one nice 7 or 8 pound doe. Lost a real pig that a fought for almost ten minutes before it wrapped me around a rock and broke me off. Rained like a ******* the whole time.
 
Good to hear chev, I decided to do the full sleep in and lounge for the rest of the day. See you up there on boxing day if your going.-dirty
 
I'll probably be avoiding the boxing day circus.Need to buy myself some cheap stuff anyway. Probably be up on tuesday though. Hopefully the flow drops into shape by then so I can search in some other areas, hopefully with similar results as the last couple days.
 
hye just got back from gone fishn.......purchased a abu garcia ambasadur 6600C4......is that a good reel? seems really smooth, well goin to go test it out on some steelies now let you guys know how the river is...hope everyone had a good christmas

You must have been drinkin all day if you think your goona whack em tomorrow.. Unless the temp drop's 15 degrees or so you will be clearing brush for a new place to fish.. Was back in Nan. by 9:00 without even putting the rod together.

Huge is all I can say.. Reports are that the guys that fished the falls today were swimming to their spots.. good luck-dirty
 
lol yeap wacked em today 2 hatchey winters 8-10 and one summer around 15-17.... water was way high lol but still managed....well prob be there again tomorrow or the next day...... chu

well in case anyone was wondering about the gold...
its not really going yet, was there today and fished hard all day with my dads buddy whos a guide and we only managed to land one about 12 pounds and broke off another. long way for limited action.
 
fished the same area yesterday afternoon managed 2 nice wild winters ....between 6-8 no biggies but nice fish by all means water was still way clear 8 feet plus of vis still but still damnhigh, would be nice to have a boat lol well im out maybe be hittin the lower stamp tomorrow afternoon n have a look around well im out chu

I hear you there Whaler, was gonna make somewhat of an attempt tomorrow, but as it stands we are gettin hammered here in Nan. so the sleep in will be well warrented..-dirty
