I have one, just bought it a few months ago for a project I was working on. Never ended up using it, its brand new. I put about 10 mins on it on the back of a 10ft rigid hull zodiac. Worked great on that boat, went like a bat out of hell with me in it, I'm 6'2 and 230lbs. It is an electric start with pull start option, fuel tank, the full deal.
I was going to post it for sale next week when I bring it from Hardy to Victoria. PM me if you are interested in it, or if anyone is for that matter.
Don't have price yet as invoice is in Hardy and I can't remember what I paid for it.
