new boat stacking type marina in Fraser River

Hi There,
I remember seeing a link posted here to the new marina in the Fraser River where they dry stack the boats on cradles and have your vessel ready to go in an hours notice. The marina is being built now and is in view from the Canada line going over the river. I would like to know the name of this marina or a link posted because I cannot find the original post when I do an advanced search.
