Hello gentlemen, just stumbled across this website and am hoping someone could help me out a bit? I just moved to kamloops b.c from ontario, where I lived near lakes erie and ontario and was quite an active steelheader using float fishing techniques. Was hoping someone could steer me in the right direction, or possibly want a partner with gas money or vehicle. Please help, am in need of some steel this year! Lost in Kamloops! Thanks again! Shayne, ask around the local shops. Thompson River Steelhead are right in your back yard. They can get up to 40+ pounds. They're are strictly catch and release. If you can catch and land one, you'll be one of a select few. Not many guys can say they did that.
