Need Green Lable Herring

Big shortage of quality green lable herring in the lower 48 and me 30 others are trying to put together a big shipment.

Looking for Vac-Pac, clear eye'd, and very little scale damage 2007 packed herring. Any source you can put me on to would be greatly appreciated.
