Mussels in Victoria?

Can anyone point me to some blue mussels in Victoria?

No, I just need to take some measurements on them for a research project

If you are not eating them-- try looking under the nearest wharf. You should be able to reach them by just sticking your arm into the water and grabbing .

20 min out of vic... but, walk the beach right by the Brentwood Bay Marina office and you will find Giants! They are the size of large oysters. Access on Saunders lane. I think they have been eating steroids or lots of raw sewage or something.

Any marina is good. You can also see California mussels along the points either side of Foul Bay. There is nothing you can eat all the way out the strait until you get to PEdder Bay (Outside, not inside), but for measuring, they are on docks, and larger ones on beaches.
