MOTOR PURCHASED! What is the market value of a 2018 Yamaha 300hp 700hrs?

Any ideas what a 2018 Yamaha 300 with 700hrs would be worth, providing the run-up all checks out 100%? I think it was used commercially and so the story goes its mostly all idle time...

Here is a 2018 lease return F300 for $11,995.

Does not say hours. Adjust accordingly. Would need to see condition of cowling etc also to get a fair market value of the one you're looking at versus this one. Also need to ensure the shaft length is correct on both to compare apples to apples.

I’d rather see a 2018 vintage outboard with 700 hours then a 2010 vintage motor with 350 hours. The price in BCI’s link sounds like a reasonable price if compression checks out
