Moorage wanted - 20ft - Port Moody / Vancouver

Hello all,

Please remove if inappropriate. I’m looking for a slip to moor a 18.2 ft (20ft total?) boat for the remainder of the Summer and into Fall. I’ve called around to a few local marinas and lesson learned - I need to call much earlier in the year!

Please let me know if you know any spots available or are renting a private dock. Happy to pay a fee to make getting out on the water easier for the old man.

Can send pics of boat/details if needed.

You may want to get on the list for Reed Point now for next summer. It is better to drop by their office and inroduce yourself.

Then follow up with the staff in the office (drop by, calll) ask how to get on next year;s 6 month list.

The Marina is usually full but spots do come up.

Your 18 foot gets you a 20 foot spot, but be flexible and take what you can .Getting in is the hard part.

We rented an empty 47' footcovered slip for 7 months , and then moved to a empty 36 foot covered slip and rented it until our boat was ready.

The slip sat empty the whole time becasue it was not eligable as a sublet.
