I have come across a 15 hp cylinder head that has thermostat housing on top ,rather than on bottom behind the cap latch.The block seems shorter in the housing,as there is more room to work tools on lower bolts of head ,is this powerhead a 9.9/15hp?if so what year should it be?as tag says 80s 15hp.
