Hey guys, looking for some advice seeing as how you are all aluminum boat owners/fans. I'm looking to downsize our current fiberglass boat to an aluminum boat around 18-20 ft for fishing the westcoast (mainly barkley sound). I'm looking for something with a small cuddy for the kids to hang out in when we are out fishing. It needs to be economical to run (i.e., 150 hp max) and light enough to tow with a Tacoma sized truck (4500#'s). I fish around the sound mainly, and venture offshore when the weather is nice. If I had to compare it to a fiberglass boat, I would suggest something like a 1902 trophy. The Silver Streaks seem nice however they don't make something that small with a cuddy. I'm guessing because it would be very small. I've never owned an aluminum boat, but love the versatility they seem to have. Any recommendations or suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
